A Perfect Wedding Venue

Newcastle Falcons at Kingston Park is a licensed venue for the registration of marriages.  There’s nowhere quite like Kingston Park for a wedding, we can host everything on your big day from your Ceremony, to your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception.  We offer the hire of one (or more) of our three beautiful function suites which boast panoramic views of the pitch and the surrounding countryside.  Plus, Newcastle Falcons offers complimentary use of one of our corporate boxes to use as you wish whether it be for storage of gifts, signing of the register or as a changing room!

The cost of suite hire:
The Platinum Suites (2 rooms) ~ £400.00 per room (£200.00 half day rate)
 Maximum Room Capacity:
150 people for the Wedding Breakfast
200 people for Evening Reception   

The Gold Suite ~ £400.00 (£200.00 half day rate)
Maximum Room Capacity:
250 people for the Wedding Breakfast
300 people for Evening Reception

All suite costs include private use of the banqueting room for the duration of your wedding celebrations. All evening reception rooms come with a dance floor inclusive of the hire price and can hold a buffet station (subject to capacity).  All function suites have a cooling system, windows on either side that allow in a substantial amount of natural light, and a built in fully stocked and staffed bar.    

Weddings are a bit of a speciality at Kingston Park. So, for that extra special touch we’ll arrange photography of the bride and groom down on the pitch. Also included in your wedding package is your own personal wedding co-ordinator, a decorative arch for your wedding ceremony, a carpet runner, cake knife & stand, white linen, in-house printed table menus - name settings – table plans, complimentary wedding breakfast tasting menu for the bride and groom (one menu only), complimentary 1st Anniversary dinner at Due Dieci for the bride and groom, a dedicated toastmaster, and  free on-site parking!

We know that your Wedding is a very special and personal occasion and that you will want to create your own unique package for the day, but to help you in your choices we have designed some canapé, set wedding breakfast, evening buffet, children’s, welcome drinks, and wine menu options as ideas that will give you a flavour of what we can offer.

However, please note that here at Newcastle Falcons we pride ourselves on being flexible and we can tailor make a menu to suit your tastes and budget (10% charge will be added for this service).
