Overview

The Falcons Community Foundation Overview

  • The Falcons Community Foundation replaced the Newcastle Falcons Community Department in Jan 2005.
  • Since then we have been registered charity (no. 1107851) who are financially entirely separate from Newcastle Rugby Limited and therefore any income generated goes directly to providing activities for the community.
  • We continue to work closely with Newcastle Falcons who continually support the work of the Foundation.

Aims

Our aim is to motivate, educate and inspire via the power of sport. We work across 5 pillars of activity; Club Development, Grassroots Sports, Health, Social Inclusion and education. In addition to satisfying the Corporate Social Responsibility objectives of Newcastle Rugby Limited, the Charity also aims to attract a new audience to the sport of rugby union.
