Argentine international Belisario Agulla joined Newcastle Falcons in October 2015, making his first appearance in their Aviva Premiership home fixture against Exeter Chiefs. The versatile back began his rugby career with Hindu Club, where he was part of their Nacional de Clubes winning side in 2010. While representing the Argentine side, Agulla also travelled to South Africa, playing for Pampas XV in the South African Vodacom Cup. Capable of playing at either wing, centre or full-back, Agulla moved to France in 2011 and spent one season with SU Agen before heading back to his home land. Having represented Argentina Jaguars 14 times, he received his first full international cap in 2009 and has since gone on to appear a further 10 times for Los Pumas to date, scoring 35 points in the process.
