Newcastle Falcons has confirmed that there will be no park and ride for Sunday's Guinness Premiership visit of Bath to Kingston Park (kick-off 3pm).
Despite the North Stand selling out and the crowd being expected to be over the 5,500 to 6,000 threashold set for the park and ride, the crowd has only surpassed this limit due to a major tag rugby tournament being held on the day.Separate parking arrangements have been made for the tag participants, therefore the club has taken the decision that the match-day crowd is still effectively less than the threshold announced earlier in the season.
Parking is available at Kingston Park stadium priced £8 by calling 0871 226 60 60.
Alternatively, Kingston Park is served by the extensive public transport network, with Metros and buses all available on the day.

Match tickets for Sunday are still available by calling 0871 226 60 60, or from Kingston Park in person during office hours and on the day itself.
