Newcastle Falcons would like to announce that all tickets for the Aviva Premiership showdown with star-studded Saracens at Kingston Park on Friday 20 April are priced at £10 adults and £5 juniors (kick-off 7.45pm).
The must win clash sees Gary Gold’s men go toe to toe with the likes of Owen Farrell, Charlie Hodgson and Steve Borthwick as the Falcons aim to make it six games unbeaten on home soil and take their season right down to the wire with a trip to London Wasps on the final day.
What will it take to win? We believe it will take playing with 16 men and therefore we are asking you our fans and the North East public to flood through the turnstiles at Kingston Park and become that vital sixteenth man.
A crowd of more than 7,000 witnessed the pulsating 9-9 draw against Harlequins last month with Quins director of rugby Conor O’Shea commenting on the ‘febrile’ atmosphere inside Kingston Park following the game.
In his words he said: “We had to scrap and it was certainly a febrile atmosphere out there and the crowd certainly got behind Newcastle Falcons.”
So come on North Stand, East Stand, South Stand, West Stand, make some noise and demonstrate the North East’s passion for the Falcons.
Let’s frighten the opposition by once again filling Kingston Park with a 10,000 plus attendance, a feat not achieved since May 2008, ironically enough against Wasps.
Season Ticket Holders - We understand and fully appreciate the adverse effect this has on some of our Season Ticket Holders and therefore ask them to please understand that due to the potential importance of the game that a packed out Kingston Park is essential.
We feel that we have listened to your comments and have demonstrated this in the new Season Ticket offer and throughout next season will be looking at ways to further enhance the Season Ticket package and experience.
With that in mind we will launch our brand new Club House Bar in the East Stand exclusively for Season Ticket Holders. Here you will benefit from reduced bar prices, complimentary snacks and a pre-match Q&A with a Falcons legend. Season Ticket Holders will also receive a free pint voucher to be posted out during the week of the game. Please note that the Club House Bar will be on a first come first served basis.
On the night - Around the ground we will be screening all the hits and tries from the current season to get you in the mood for the battle ahead, the UK National Championship winning cheerleaders, the Sunderland Stars will be performing their routines before the game and at half-time and for the kids and kids in us, we will have face painting in the West Stand concourse.
And finally to round of an unbelievable night of rugby the Falcons will be running out in their new home kit for the 2012/13 season.
So please get down to Kingston Park and help us keep top-flight rugby in the North East and extend our home unbeaten run to six games as the season reaches its nail-biting climax.
All fans that have purchased a ticket before today will receive a difference refund and tickets will be exchanged for the £10 and £5 tickets.
Tickets are still available for the game by calling the Falcons Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060 or click here to purchase online.
Please note the Ticket Office is closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
