Newcastle Falcons have named their bench for Friday’s Development Team against Glasgow Warriors at West of Scotland FC (kick-off 4.30pm).

Dutch flanker Tim Visser is included after his impressive showing in Saturday’s Middlesex Sevens, while former England Schools prop Oliver Tomazszcek is also named following his stint in the Argentine Premiership before he heads to Oxford University.

Hooker Ross Batty will feature from the bench having arrived back in England on Monday from his loan spell in New Zealand’s National Provincial Championship, while there is double cover at scrum half in the form of Tom Jokelson and Michael Young.

The first team bench, meanwhile, will be confirmed on the day following the completion of the Development game, with a number of players expected to play a part in both matches.

Second row Jason Oakes will make his Falcons first team debut from the bench, with flanker Eni Gesinde and prop Jonny Williams also among the replacements for the senior clash.

Following the Development game at 4.30pm, the first team encounter will take place at 6.30pm, with entry free of charge.
