Newcastle Falcons has confirmed that Adam Balding has signed for Worcester Warriors from next season.

Director of rugby, Steve Bates, said: "We thank Adam for his contribution during his two years at the club, and wish him all the best for his move to Worcester."

Speaking after announcing his move, Balding said: "I have really enjoyed myself at Newcastle Falcons.

"The north east is a fantastic place to play and we have a great set of supporters. I've always given everything for the club and will continue to do so until the end of this season."
