Alnwick Receive Player Visit On Behalf Of Lance Robson

Lance Robson from Kaims Country Park kindly donated a training session with Falcons players to Alnwick Under 13s, this took place on Sunday 17th February

The Alnwick squad arrived at Kingston Park early on Sunday to have a tour of the stadium including the gym, stands and corporate boxes.

After this the team travelled 5 minutes up the road to Druid Park , Falcons 4G training pitch, where a selection of falcons players including Rob Vickers , Grant Shiells , Jamie Helleur and Waisea Luveniyali took team through their paces. The sessions centered on correct passing techniques and contact in rucks and mauls.

Falcons players really enjoyed coaching the juniors and we wish them the very best for the rest of the season.

Rob Vickers said of the session “the lads are really enthusiastic and get stuck in to any drill, I wish them the best of luck for the rest of the season”.

We hope that Alnwick enjoyed their session and we hope to see them at a game soon!
