Novos Playing Curtain Raiser Before Falcons Vs Rotherham

Thursday 28 February 13

On Saturday 2nd March the Falcons face off against Rotherham Titans, on the same day Rotherham Phoenix U14s will take on local club Novocastrians U14s at Clifton Lane, kick-off is 12:15pm.

Novos are branded with the Falcons Community Foundation logo on their shirts for this unique clash of out of area rivals. Their involvement with the foundation this year has been incredible, from festivals and match day attendance to player visits and training sessions at the Novos home ground their attitude has been fantastic. They are eager for supporters to come early and cheer them on against their North East opponents.

Novocastrians are based about 5 miles from the Falcons ground in Newcastle and will be bringing 3 coaches full of club members to the match. Both sets of youngsters are really eager for their chance to play at Clifton Lane in a curtain raiser and they hope enough Titans and Falcons supporters are there to give an exciting atmosphere.

Anyone who would like further information on how their club can become more involved with the Falcons Community Foundation please contact, Foundation Director Melanie Magee on melanie.magee@newcastlefalcons.co.uk or call 0191 214 2866.

We hope to see you there!
