Martin joined the club in the summer of 2010, bolstering the club's backroom team by dedicating himself full-time to the squad's video analysis needs.

Prior to his move to Kingston Park, Martin was a video analyst with the Scottish national side and the Edinburgh pro team.

In just his first season Martin established himself as a valuable asset to the club's backroom staff.
