A night of food, music and romance
Back to due to popular demand, our gourmet evening on Friday February 15 is not to be missed. Our head chef creates the most delicious dishes for guests to indulge in, and this year’s menu is no exception.
**The four-course gourmet menu includes:**
*Selection of canapés on arrival.*
*Roasted and confit quail with char-grilled purple broccoli, black pudding bonbon and balsamic reduction.*
*Pan-roasted venison loin accompanied by salt-baked celeriac, roasted beets and juniper and cherry jus.*
*A selection of artisan cheeses.*
*Assiette of chocolate orange desserts.*
*Coffee and petit fours.*
Each course is paired with a wine which complements the food, with a live singer on hand to accompany you and your guests throughout the evening.
