A-Team in home action on Easter Monday
The game is a 4pm kick-off with free entry for all supporters to the East Stand via the Tap & Tackle Bar, which is open for drinks and refreshments.
The club shop and ticket office will be open from 11am until the 4pm kick-off, with the online store and online ticket sales open 24/7.
The Falcons have already secured a home semi-final in the Premiership Rugby Shield by virtue of winning the Northern Conference.
