Archer and Morris Latest To Confirm
This October a host of former Falcons will return to Kingston Park Stadium to face a Southern Hemisphere XV.
The club can today confirm that England internationals Garath Archer and Robbie Morris are the latest players to add their names to the squad list for the Falcons Legends game.
Durham School aumni Archer spent eleven years at the Falcons and was part of both the 1997-8 Allied Dunbar Premiership-winning season and the 2004 Powergen Cup winning season.
Along the way the Lock picked up 21 international caps, including during the 1999 Rugby World Cup.
Morris joined the Falcons in 2005 from Northampton Saints and made 42 appearances during his two years in the North East before crossing the Irish sea to sign for Connacht.
Also an international player, Morris collected two caps for England in 2003.
The Legends game, held in honour of the 2015 Rugby World Cup to raise funds for the Falcons Community Foundation, will see a host of former Falcons take on a team of Southern Hemisphere Legends.
