With just over six months to go until game day, Newcastle Falcons can today announce that former Scotland scrum half Gary Armstrong has become the latest player to sign up for the club’s Legends game this October.

Already a member of the Falcons’ 100 Club, Armstrong played for the club for seven years, including the 1998 Allied Dunbar Premiership winning season during which he appeared in every league game.

A regular member of the Scotland team, Armstrong also collected 51 international caps throughout his career.

Armstrong is the latest of a number of former Falcons players to confirm their appearance at this October’s Legends game, which will see the Falcons Legends take on a Southern Hemisphere XV at Kingston Park Stadium on 2nd October.

Tickets for the game are available to order now [online][1], in person from the Kingston Park Box Office or by calling the club’s Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060, starting from £10 for adults with junior tickets available for £5 throughout the ground.

Anyone purchasing or renewing a Season Ticket Membership with the Falcons for 2015/16 can also choose to add a Legends “bolt on” to their ticket, enabling them to gain entry to that game at a reduced priority rate.
