Bainbridge nominated for RPA Award
Newcastle Falcons back rower Josh Bainbridge has been named a nominee for the RPA’s and Vodafone Business’ Gain Line Award.
Gain Line is a programme developed by the Rugby Players Association where players are individually supported with their welfare, off-field personal development, education and career planning.

Speaking on the nomination and giving us an insight into his fitness business, Bainbridge said: “I’m delighted to have been nominated for the Gain Line award.
“I know a lot of players within the Premiership have fantastic businesses alongside their careers so it’s a huge honour.
“I’d like to say a massive thank you to the RPA and Hamish Pratt, my personal development manager, for the support so far, it’s been great since I joined Newcastle Falcons. I also want to say a big thank you to the staff at Newcastle Falcons for their support too.
“The business is an online and in-person fitness and health coaching platform that aims empower people both physically and mentally.
“I have a people first ethos, which is why building a relationship is crucial as we embark on the fitness and health journey.
“The concept was brought about when I played for Coventry, I had some free time and ended up coaching in a gym alongside playing.
“I developed a burning passion for helping others and love seeing people from all walks of life achieve things they thought were impossible.”
All at Newcastle Falcons are proud to see Josh nominated for this award and are delighted for Enrich360‘s huge success.
