Newcastle Falcons are urging supporters to take part in Premiership Rugby’s biggest piece of research to date and play a vital part in building upon the rugby fan experience at their own club and beyond, by signing up to become part of the Premiership Rugby Fan Panel.

A new initiative launched by Premiership Rugby back in March, the Panel is designed to allow fans who register to take part in a range of engagements, including electronic surveys.

The surveys will enable club and league administrators to identify what is important to the sport’s most important stakeholders and what supporters think about how their club operates.

Newcastle Falcons Managing Director Mick Hogan said: “There has been a good number of Falcons supporters who have signed up to be part of the Panel, but we would like to see more join ahead of the first surveys being undertaken in the coming weeks.

“It is vital we have as many of our supporters contributing to this programme as possible so we can have as detailed a picture as possible of what is important to them and of where can make our match day experience better.

“We have continued to demonstrate our commitment to listening to our fans by our regular fan forums and this Panel adds another way for us to take the pulse of our fan base and ensure we are reacted to what is important to them.”

In addition to the chance to influence the operation of Premiership Rugby, fans also have the chance to win tickets and VIP experiences at this season’s Aviva Premiership Final at Twickenham on Saturday May 30th
