BIG NIGHT OOT – Post match music confirmed
The Aviva Premiership Rugby clash between Newcastle Falcons and Exeter Chiefs is only one part of the Big Night Oot on November 18th, with details of the after-match entertainment now confirmed.
Following 80 minutes of action on the field, the evening’s focus will switch to the West and East Stands with live music and entertainment in the 1877 Bar and Tap and Tackle in the East Stand.
For fans of live music, Kingston Park’s newest bar, the 1877, will host a live set from The Sponge Divers, a funky and energetic trio known for an energetic and varied set while the Tap & Tackle will welcome its usual after match DJ.
After a well received debut at the European Rugby Challenge Cup win over Grenoble, there will be separate Curry Corners in the West Concourse and 1877 Bar offering supporters a free portion of curry and rice, freshly prepared by the award winning club chefs.
With the full ground open from 16:00, bars licensed until late and strong advanced ticket sales, the Big Night Oot is well on course to be the biggest match day at Kingston Park since 2008 and an event not to be missed.
And for those eager to make it even more of a Big Night Oot, tickets also grant entry to Northumbria University’s BUCS fixture against Hartpury College, which kicks off on the main Kingston Park pitch at 16:45
