Blair & Godman Film Feature With BT Sport At Barbour
The experienced Scottish duo, who joined Dean Richards’ revolution in the summer, modelled Barbour’s new range before sitting down with reporter Sarra Elgan for an interview to be aired on this Wednesday’s Rugby Tonight show.
In this light-hearted interview, Blair and Godman spoke about the campaign so far as well as chatting about the change in culture at the club under the stewardship of Richards.
“It was an enjoyable morning down at Barbour, and it was a great way to unwind after Saturday’s game at Northampton Saints,” said Blair.
“There are some really trendy items in the store, and it’s certainly on the radar for some Christmas shopping,” added Blair, who holds the tag of being the most capped Scotland scrum-half ever.
Teammate Godman, who was sporting a shiner on his face following the trip to Saints, said: “It was nice to do something a little bit different with my day off, and it was a good environment in which to talk to BT Sport.”
Barbour Global PR executive Sarah Driscoll said: “Rugby is synonymous with the Barbour brand – whenever you go to a match, you often see fans in our clothing, so it was fantastic to have two key Falcons players come and visit our store to try on some pieces from our Autumn Winter collections. As the official clothing partner for the team, it was a great opportunity to have some fun with our partnership.”
Many thanks to Barbour for all of their help on the morning.
