Boxing Day game to be played behind closed doors
The 2pm kick-off will be televised live on the BT Sport red button. Falcons season ticket members can access a free BT Sport match pass to watch the game, with details of how to access this service available by [**clicking here.**][1]
We understand the announcement regarding another behind-closed-doors game will come as a disappointment, and wish to stress the club remains committed to the safe return of supporters as soon as Government restrictions allow.
As soon as Newcastle moves out of Tier 3 restrictions supporters can enter a ballot to attend home fixtures, and it is important that fans use this time to make sure they are ready to do this. Should Newcastle move into Tier 2 we will be able to welcome up to 2,000 supporters.
All season ticket members and ticket holders by now should have received a communication from the club outlining their options, which essentially are: a credit to your club account plus 10%, a full refund, player sponsorship or a donation to our community foundation.
If you have not received this information please email tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk stating your up-to-date contact details, and we will send it to you again.
Once you have received this communication please contact the club, outlining your preference. Details of how to do this are included in the email.
**The priority system for any future ticket ballots is, in order:**
* Season ticket members who have chosen the credit option, donation or player sponsorship.
* Match-by-match purchasers who have chosen the credit option, donation or player sponsorship.
* Season ticket members who have chosen the refund option, or have yet to respond.
* General sale.
The ballot for match tickets will operate ONLY via the Falcons e-ticketing platform to comply with track and trace guidelines.
All ticket holders have a ticket account, but it is absolutely vital you have activated the Falcons e-ticketing account for ALL of your party, and that all accounts are linked.
