BT Sport to televise Tigers clash
Newcastle Falcons’ February game against Leicester Tigers at Kingston Park will now take place on Friday 12th February as the next round of Aviva Premiership Rugby television fixtures have been announced.
Originally a 4pm kick off on Sunday February 14th to avoid clashing with the day’s RBS 6 Nations fixture between Italy and England, the Tigers visit to the North East will now kick off at 19:45 on the Friday evening.
The latest selection of matches mean that Aviva Premiership fixtures are confirmed through to the final weekend in February, with tournament broadcaster BT Sport televising two matches per weekend during the 6 Nations period.
Tickets for the game against Tigers, along with other matches taking place in 2016 will be available to purchase in mid December.
