Carreras effort named Try of the Week
The Newcastle Falcons winger scored another sensational try which may well be in the running for Try of the Season and we’re only in Round 6.
Running in from his own 22-metre line and stepping past five defenders in the process, Carreras’ fifth try of the campaign received 10x more votes than Ellis Genge’s effort for Bristol in second place.
It is Carreras’ second try of the week award, and the Argentine has already picked up the Try of the Month award for September.
