Close House to host Falcons Community Foundation golf day
The picturesque course near Heddon-on-the-Wall looks out over the Tyne Valley and has staged PGA professional events, having been re-designed in 2007.
All proceeds from the day will go to the Falcons Community Foundation (registered charity number 1107851) who motivate, educate and inspire via the power of sport.
Proceedings get underway with tea/coffee and bacon rolls, followed by golf and a BBQ prior to the handing out of awards. As well as the overall competition, prizes will be handed out for nearest the pin, longest drive and ‘beat the pro’.
