Delivering entertainment off the pitch in 2024/25
As the curtain falls on the 2024/25 season, it wasn’t just the rugby providing the excitement at Kingston Park. Match days throughout the campaign delivered a full entertainment package, creating a lively, inclusive atmosphere for supporters across every fixture.
DJ Chop returned as a regular presence, performing sets throughout the day to keep energy levels high before kick-off, during half-time, and post-match. A mainstay of the Kingston Park experience, his playlists helped set the tone and kept fans engaged beyond the action on the pitch.
Several local artists took to the stage in our Street Eats hospitality suite, providing live music and showcasing some of the North East’s home-grown talent. Their performances added to the vibrant match-day atmosphere and gave supporters even more to enjoy around the rugby.
Our half-time Crossbar Challenge delivered some light-hearted entertainment, with selected fans stepping up to try their luck. Although no contestant managed to hit the bar this year, there were plenty of laughs, helped in no small part by some questionable outfits from those taking part.
Supporters in the stands were also kept on their toes with the return of the merchandise cannon, firing giveaways into the crowd throughout the season. The OddBalls match day brought an extra boost of colour and energy, with branded hats launched into the stands as part of a special giveaway.
Newcastle Falcons would like to thank everyone who played a part in making match days such a memorable part of the 2024/25 season. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next season.
