Development Team named to face Northampton tonight

Monday 12 September 2016 Written by: Adam

Former Argentina international Belisario Agulla starts at outside centre in a midfield partnership with Fred Burdon. Alex Tait starts at full-back with Craig Willis at fly-half, Zach Kibirige out to continue the try-per-game form he has shown this season after scoring against Doncaster, Gala and Edinburgh.

Craig Willis and Sam Egerton form the half-back pairing, Ally Hogg offering an experienced head at the base of the scrum in a back-row containing Kenyan international Joshua Chisanga. American lock Nick Civetta partners Andrew Davidson in the second row, Sam Lockwood starting at loose-head prop in a game which is free to enter for all supporters.

On the bench there is a debut for Watsonians scrum-half Reiss Cullen, while AASE scheme back-rower Jack Johnson is also drafted in.

The 5pm kick-off is followed at 7pm in the Tap & Tackle by the club’s season ticket members’ evening, where the 2016-17 squad will be in attendance. Season ticket members wishing to come should register for free by calling 0871 226 6060 – the event including a free buffet and Q&As with the players.
