Event details for fans’ forum
We’ve been made aware that a few supporters haven’t received an email confirmation from the club about attendance at the event, but rest assured if you did sign up before Wednesday June 7 and have already purchased your 2023-24 season ticket you will be registered to attend.
For those that didn’t receive the email, details of the event are listed below:
**FANS’ FORUM – LOOKING FORWARD WITH THE BOARD*.**
**Location:** 100 Club, West Stand, Kingston Park Stadium. Please enter through West Stand reception.
19:00 – Event open to supporters. Free tea and coffee station. The bar is open for any other refreshments.
19:30 – Event starts with an opening address.
19:35 – In conversation with club owner Semore Kurdi, chair of rugby Matt Thompson and new head coach Alex Codling
20:00 – New signing announcement.
20:05 – Q&A segment.
20:30 – Newcastle Rugby Foundation presentation.
20:40 – Event finish with opportunity for supporters to mingle.
21:00 – Event close.

There will be a free tea and coffee station for supporters and a bar will be open for any other refreshments.
