Fabulous prizes in Taione Vea benefit night silent auction

Tuesday 22 November 2016 Written by: Adam

Billed as a ‘proper rugby club event’, the evening is to raise funds for Falcons prop Taione Vea, who has been forced to retire from the game after suffering a serious spinal injury during the Aviva Premiership victory over Sale Sharks in September.

Tickets are available for a minimum donation of £20, with the silent auction prizes including a number of unique memorabilia items and money-can’t-buy experiences.

**SILENT AUCTION PRIZES**

**NILI LATU SIGNED TONGA PLAYING SHIRT (Reserve £200)**

In 2008 Latu was included on a list of the top 50 players in the world, and is regarded as one of the hardest players in world rugby. This is the shirt worn as Nili became the most capped Tongan player of all time.

**SIGNED ENGLAND SHIRT (Reserve £200)**

An England shirt donated by the Rugby Players’ Association, signed by the current England squad including George Ford, Owen Farrell, Maro Itoje & Mike Brown.

**MATCH-DAY EXPERIENCE FOR TWO (Reserve £300)**

Experience the full match day atmosphere by accompanying the coaching team throughout Newcastle Falcons v Bath in the Anglo-Welsh Cup on Saturday February 4. **JAGUAR F-TYPE WEEKEND**

Enjoy a full weekend of cruising in this iconic vehicle at your own pleasure. Cover up to 200 miles of road in sheer style and class, turning heads as you announce your road presence. An ideal way to enjoy a getaway in style, this car was recently described as oozing glamour and aggression.

Bids will be kept confidential and can be made by emailing **tv.benefit@newcastle-falcons.co.uk** . Please include your name, email address, bid amount and contact telephone number. Winners will be announced after the event, in the week commencing December 19.
