FALCONS ENCOURAGE FANS TO FLY THEIR FLAGS

Following on from the success of our play-off semi final against Leeds Carnegie the club is encouraging fans to bring their Falcons flags back to the stadium for tomorrow night’s second leg Championship final fixture in order to help cheer the Falcons to victory.

As with the play-off semi final match the club will have a limited number of free flags available throughout the ground. However, these will be given away on a first come, first served basis so any fans who already have one or more flags at home are encouraged to bring these to the game with them.

Sales and Marketing Director Duncan Edward said: “The players all commented on the difference that the large crowd and flags made to them in the semi final fixture, and given the scale of tomorrow’s game we want to see even more of the same to welcome the team out onto the pitch!

“We’ve already sold over 6,000 tickets and are anticipating a busy evening tonight and another busy day tomorrow in the ticket office as we head towards kick off. If we can get every one of those people shouting and singing, and as many as possible waving their flags, the atmosphere at Kingston Park will be electric!”

Tickets for the game are still available online or from the Falcons club shop, which will be open until 8pm tonight and from 7am tomorrow.
