Falcons October coaching camps are back
Newcastle Falcons’ October coaching camps return for another year with a host of activities across the North East and Cumbria!
This year the Falcons Community team are visiting Penrith RFC, Hartlepool Rovers RFC and Sunderland RFC as well as hosting two camps at the club’s very own Kingston Park stadium!
Camps run from 10am until 3pm and include a range of rugby skills, drills and activities as well as rugby-related games and age group breakdown for specific sessions.
They are open to anyone aged 6-16 and all abilities are welcome. Camp participants receive coaching from DBS cleared Falcons Community Foundation coaches, a Gilbert camp T-shirt as a memento of their day, a visit from a Newcastle Falcons player and a free ticket for a Falcons game!*
BRAND NEW FOR SEASON 14/15 *** We have the Newcastle Falcons Kicking Camp on Wednesday 29th October 2014. This one day kicking mastercalss will be hosted by Falcons Community Foundation Coaches as well as Newcastle Falcons first team players. The day will include over four hours of kicking specific coaching as well as other rugby drills and skills, a Gilbert Newcastle Falcons camp t shirt and a free match ticket! ***
All camp attendees must bring a packed lunch, water bottle and weather-appropriate rugby clothing. A full kit list for all each attendee will be provided with booking confirmation.

– 29/30 Oct: Hartlepool Rovers
– 30/31 Oct: Sunderland

** Mouth guards are mandatory for those players aged U9s and up. For U7s and U8s players the use of mouth guards is optional.
