Falcons outline options for ticket holders
Following the premature end to our unbeaten Championship season the Falcons have been promoted back into the Gallagher Premiership, and preparations are now complete for our top-flight return this weekend.
Eight months without a game, however, and the prospect of a further long-term period without fans inside Kingston Park Stadium means this is an extremely difficult period for the club as we strive to navigate these uncertain waters.
Your help will be crucial in helping us come out the other side of this monumental challenge.
We are finally able to outline the options available to ticket holders and season ticket members from last season, and season ticket holders who had booked for the 2020-21 campaign.
All ticket and season ticket holders will receive an email or letter from the club by Friday November 27. If you have not received this communication by Monday November 30, please email tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk .
Enclosed will be your options regarding any tickets purchased for any cancelled games, including those to be played behind closed doors, from seasons 2019-20 and 2020-21.
Although we are still hopeful of playing in front of crowds in the spring, we anticipate this may be at reduced numbers, and therefore want to give our fans maximum flexibility with the value of this season.
All ticket holders will gain access to a BT Sport Match pass, which will allow you free online access to watch Newcastle Falcons’ Gallagher Premiership home games (T&Cs apply). Full details will be sent out to you separately.
Anyone who chooses option 1 (credit) will have an additional 10% added to the value, while those opting for options 1-3 will gain priority access to any limited-capacity games during season 2020-21 as a thank you for your fantastic support.
**Supporters will have four options:**
**1:** Credit with an additional 10% added to the value as a thank you for your fantastic support. This can be redeemed on the following:
• Purchase of season ticket memberships (season 2021-22).
• Purchase of match tickets, and priority access for any tickets for limited capacity games season 2020-21 (subject to Government restrictions).
• Extension of two or three-year memberships.
• Merchandise.
• Food and drink at Kingston Park Stadium, when open.
**2:** A stake in a player sponsorship of a first team squad member(s), chosen by fans for the 2020/21 season.
**3.** A charitable donation to the Newcastle Rugby Foundation. This will support our official charity in its work to educate, motivate and inspire via the power of sport at this difficult time.
**4.** A refund of the full value. Please note, refunds due on season tickets from the 2019-20 season will be calculated at 28.57% of what was paid (four matches out of 14 were not played).
Ticket holders are asked to please complete the enclosed form and send to Tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk , to complete via survey monkey or send it by post to: Ticket Services, Newcastle Falcons, Kingston Park Stadium, Brunton Road, Kenton Bank Foot, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 8AF.
