Falcons pair visit long-standing club sponsor
One of the market leaders in waste processing and logistics, GAP Group are based in Gateshead and have been in business since 2005.
After attending our Player Sponsor Quiz Night towards the end of last season, GAP Group claimed the prize of a company visit from their sponsored players.
The family-run organisation has had a strong affiliation with the Falcons since they began their sponsorship at the club in 2014.
They currently sponsor both Newcastle Falcons coach Mark Wilson and captain Will Welch for the 2022-23 season and continue to work closely with the club to provide a number of waste processing services.
In return for their commitment to the club and victory at the Sponsor Quiz Night, both Mark and Will paid GAP Group a visit for a tour of their processing plant in Gateshead, where they gained an insight into electrical waste recycling.
The GAP Group consists of four companies: GAP Organics, GAP Ice, GAP Waste and GAP Haulage.
