Season ticket members will gain entry to both of the home friendlies at Kingston Park Stadium as part of their 2018/19 season package, the first of which sees the visit of Championship side Nottingham on Saturday August 11 (kick-off 3pm).

The second home friendly against Pro 14 side Edinburgh takes place on Friday August 24 with a 7.45pm kick-off, the two clubs continuing their recent tradition of squaring off in the final week before the start of competitive action.

Season ticket memberships included both of these fixtures, however, holders must claim their ticket for both of these games by contacting the club in advance. For the Nottingham game this must be done by 4pm on Friday August 3, and for the Edinburgh game by 4pm on Friday August 17.

This can be done by emailing **tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk**, calling 0871 226 6060 or popping to the Kingston Park ticket office during office hours.

For non-season ticket members these friendlies will be priced at £10 for adults and concessions, and £5 for juniors (under-16s).

For the Nottingham game only the East and West Stands will be open. North and South Stand season ticket members can either stand on the East Terrace or sit in the West Stand (Category C).

For the Edinburgh game the East, West and South Stands will be open. North Stand season ticket members can claim a South Stand ticket.

Season car park pass holders are entitled to free stadium parking at both home friendlies. Non-season parking pass holders can park for £5.

The first of Newcastle’s two away pre-season games sees a testing assignment at European Champions Cup winners and Pro 14 champions Leinster in Dublin on Friday August 17.

The game takes place at Energia Park (formerly known as Donnybrook) with an evening kick-off. Tickets can be bought direct through Leinster, who will confirm the exact kick-off time in due course.

The pre-season programme concludes with a trip to Championship side Doncaster Knights on Saturday August 25, with a 3pm kick-off at Castle Park. Tickets can be bought direct from Doncaster on the day.

Newcastle Falcons also have a team playing in the Beachcomber World Club 10s in Mauritius on June 15-17, and will once again be taking part in the Singha Premiership 7s in Northampton on July 27-28.

Newcastle Falcons director of rugby Dean Richards said: “We have a good mix of games during pre-season, all geared towards giving us the best possible preparation for the start of the Gallagher Premiership season on the weekend of August 31 to September 2.”

The Gallagher Premiership fixtures are announced on July 6, while the Heineken Champions Cup pool draw will take place on June 20.

Season ticket memberships for the 2018-19 campaign start from just £225 for adults, with the 18-game package including all 11 Gallagher Premiership regular-season home dates, all three Heineken Champions Cup home pool matches, both Premiership Rugby Cup home group games and both pre-season friendlies, plus a range of other great benefits.
