Falcons to play behind closed doors
Until further notice, to help ensure the safe fulfilment of fixtures, supporters are requested to refrain from coming to the stadium at all times. The club shop will not be open, and there will be no opportunity to view matches or training through the public bars, private function rooms or perimeter fences.
This is not an easy request for us to make because our supporters are the absolute lifeblood of the club, but the Covid-19 pandemic has regrettably taken this decision out of our hands.
For the foreseeable future, fixtures will unfortunately have to go ahead behind closed doors, although the club under the auspices of Premiership Rugby will of course continue to lobby for the safe return of supporters at the earliest possible opportunity.
Ticket holders are thanked once again for their patience at this difficult time. The business is still operating with minimal staff following the latest government announcements. We expect to have information for ticket holders before the end of November regarding any purchases you have made for matches that have been cancelled, including season ticket memberships from 2019/20, Championship match tickets and 2020-21 season ticket memberships for games which will be played behind closed doors.
There is no need to contact the club at this stage, as we have all of your purchase history. If you have new contact details please email **tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk** .
Please rest assured the club are doing everything within our powers to welcome our fantastic supporters back inside Kingston Park Stadium in a safe and responsible manner as soon as government guidance allows, and we thank you for the incredible levels of patience and understanding you all continue to show.
Your messages of support via social media have been a valuable source of motivation during this prolonged period of physical disconnection, and will continue to fuel our fire as we attack our Gallagher Premiership return at full steam.
