Falcons trio in to face France Under-20s
The game at Perpignan’s Stade Aime Giral kicks off at 8pm UK-time and is being shown live on the BBC iPlayer, with fly-half Johnson starting in his fourth cap.
Winger Stephens and hooker Fletcher are both named on the bench, and would be making their England Under-20s debuts, having both recovered from knee injuries.
England have won two of their four games in this season’s Under-20s Six Nations, beating Scotland and Wales but losing to Italy and Ireland.
Head coach Alan Dickens said: “After last weekend’s game against Ireland we’ve taken time to review and analyse our performance, and focus on where we need to improve.
“As with every week of the championship, players look at their individual and team performance in the match and areas that need to be worked on in training.
“This Sunday we will be against a tough France side, but I know the boys will want to give their all in this final game of the championship.”
