FALCONS TV – Meet Will Montgomery
Newcastle Falcons have welcomed six new full-time and two part-time additions to the club’s senior academy squad for season 2018/19 and Falcons TV has been meeting them all.
In the first of a series of interviews coming over the course of the summer, “Signed” sits the new faces down to find out more about them and their journeys towards becoming professional rugby players.
In episode one, Will Montgomery is the player to be introduced to the Falcons family.
An England Under-18s international, Montgomery has already represented the Falcons in the Premiership Rugby A-League whilst part of the club’s junior set-up and has come through the same pathway that produced club stalwart and most recent full England international Mark Wilson.
A player with a huge degree of potential, Montgomery has been playing senior rugby and impressing for Kendal RFC, marking him out as a talent to watch.
