Returning tight head prob looking forward to move back home

England tight head David Wilson is hoping he can play some “good rugby” at Kingston Park after agreeing to rejoin Newcastle Falcons last week.

The 31 year old from South Shields returns to the North East following a seven year stint in the West Country with Bath and after enjoying the experiences that came his way while there, says the time is right to return to his first club.

Speaking to Falcons TV, Wilson said “It’s my home; it’s where I started my career and played professionally since the age of 18. I did miss the place and now I’m back and I think the family and I are ready to come back and for me to play some good rugby for Newcastle.
