Falcons v Wasps set for BT Sport
PREMIERSHIP RUGBY have today confirmed that the Falcons match against Wasps will be broadcast live by BT Sport in an intriguing set of Aviva Premiership Rugby matches selected for live TV coverage by BT Sport during the RBS 6 Nations.
Taking place on Friday 20th February, the Falcons will be hoping the added draw of the live TV camera will enable them to attract another bumper crowd to a Friday Night spectacular at Kingston Park.
Further details about the match will be announced shortly however supporters should note that the kick off will now be at 19:45.
The new selection of TV picks gets underway with Leicester Tigers v Gloucester Rugby on Friday 13th in a return fixture the Tigers will be keen to win, after tries from Nick Wood, Charlie Sharples and Jonny May handed Gloucester a 33-16 victory at Kingsholm earlier in the season.
On the weekend when England host Italy on Saturday, the second Aviva Premiership Rugby live match is Bath Rugby’s trip to Allianz Park to take on Saracens.
