Five Falcons feature in England U18s victory
A last-minute penalty saw the tourists claim a 36-34 victory in Paarl, with Tom Burton, Isaac Keller and Finn Baker all starting.
Fellow Falcons Ben Redshaw and Jacob Oliver both came on from the bench for England, who will end their three-game tour on Sunday when they face South Africa Under-18s.
