Fixtures confirmed for European pool stage
Tournament organisers EPCR have confirmed dates and times for all four pool games.
Newcastle’s second European assignment sees them hosting Cardiff on Saturday December 17, with a 5.30pm kick-off at Kingston Park Stadium.
That is followed in round three when the Falcons head to Cardiff for a 1pm kick-off on Sunday January 15, ending their pool campaign at home to Connacht on Saturday January 21 (5.30pm).
Both home games are included in the Falcons’ 2022-23 season ticket package, with all four due to be streamed on EPCR’s pay-per-view live stream.
The top six in each pool progress through to the round of 16, where they will be joined by four teams dropping down from the Heineken Champions Cup.
The round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals will all be played over one leg before the final takes place at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium on Friday May 19.
