The Kingston Park clash is an 8pm kick-off and is not being televised live.
The Falcons will follow that up with a trip to French club Biarritz on the weekend of January 14/15/16, followed by Toulon away on Saturday January 22.
The Stade Felix Mayol encounter is a 9pm local time kick-off (8pm UK time), with TV arrangements not yet confirmed for that round of matches.
The final pool game sees Newcastle at home to Italian side Zebre on the weekend of April 8/9/10, with both home matches being covered by the season ticket membership package.
The three highest-ranked clubs from each pool, and the highest-ranked fourth-placed club, as well as the three clubs ranked 9 to 11 from each of the Heineken Champions Cup pools, will qualify for the one-leg Round of 16 on the weekend of April 15/16/17.
The quarter-finals will be held on the weekend of May 6/7/8, with the semi-finals on May 13/14/15 before the final in Marseille on Friday May 27.
