GET YOUR RUGBY GEAR AT THE FALCONS RUGBY RETAIL FESTIVAL
We’re pleased to announce that a number of major rugby retailers will be joining us at Kingston Park for our inaugural rugby retail festival on 24 August.
A number of well-known brands will be selling merchandise in our West Stand concourse before, during and after our friendly fixture against Connacht in August. Fans will be able to browse the merchandise and purchase their equipment and gear for the season ahead as well as gifts and other merchandise aimed specifically at rugby fans.
Already confirmed for the retail festival are BLK, Gilbert, X-blade boots, Canterbury, Capology and Piranha, who will be taking impressions on the day for personal players’ gum shields. More suppliers will be announced over the coming weeks with many offering discounts for bulk orders placed on the day.
Falcons commercial director Duncan Edward said: “We talked last season about our desire to add extra value for fans attending our matches and improve the match day experience at Kingston Park so for 2013-14 we’re kicking the season off as we mean to go on with our first ever rugby retail festival.
“This festival gives us a chance to work with and promote some of our suppliers whilst also giving fans and local rugby players the opportunity for a one-stop rugby shop before the full season kicks off. Whether you play rugby or are looking for gifts for your fellow rugby fans, come along to the Connacht game and visit our retail festival at the same time.”
