Gosforth RFC needs your help
Gosforth RFC is calling on the support of the local community as the voting process to determine the beneficiaries from the new Aviva Community Fund comes to a close.
A new initiative from the Premiership’s title sponsor, the Aviva Community Fund will finance over 362 entries across four different fund levels and categories with Gosforth’s campaign focusing on securing funds to assist with the refurbishment of the Broadway West sports ground and pavilion.
It is intended that the site will provide a home to the newly formed Gosforth Sports Association and will allow children, youths and adults from the surrounding communities have the opportunity to take part in amateur sport.
With over 6,000 votes already registered in support of the project, Gosforth are hoping a final surge can earn them one of the coveted grant awards.
