GOURMET EVENING MENU ANNOUNCED

Newcastle Falcons can now announce exciting details for their upcoming Gourmet Evening at Kingston Park on 20th September 2013.

The brigade of chefs will be led by award winning chef David Kennedy. The former North East Chef of the Year who made his name at Newcastle’s Black Door, now known as David Kennedy’s Food Social at the Biscuit Factory, will provide the gourmet meal for the evening.

Having opened up the David Kennedy at Vallum Restaurant in the Tyne Valley Kennedy can be found championing local and seasonal produce. His passion for creating superb food is evident through his ever changing menus.

The menu for the evening will be as follows:

Cannelloni of Salmon and Crab

Tasting of Lamb

(Lamb Loin, Crispy Breast, and Pastilla served with pulled

vegetables from the Garden)

Blackberry Sable with Apple and Elderflower Ice Cream
