HALL TO JOIN BRISTOL
The 26-year-old front-rower joined the Falcons from Coventry in the summer of 2010 and has made 50 appearances for the North East club.
Hall’s Falcons debut came against Montpellier at the Stade-Yves-du-Manoir in the Amlin Challenge Cup during the 2010-11 campaign, and the former Waterloo and England Students player featured heavily in the club’s run to the LV= Cup final that season.
“I have enjoyed my time with Newcastle Falcons, but I feel the time is right for me to move on to a new challenge,” said Hall.
“I was delighted to make my 50th appearance against Nottingham at the weekend, and I now want to finish the season as strongly as I can,” he added.
Newcastle director of rugby Dean Richards said: “We wish James well on his move to Bristol and thank him for his services.”
