Hammersley ready to get back to action
Fresh from a summer break, Simon Hammersley says he is enjoying pre-season and ready to get back into action as the Falcons prepare for the 2015/16 campaign.
The Fullback, 22, enjoyed a break out year last season and is looking to continue on a similar vein heading into the new term.
Speaking at Tynemouth’s King Edward’s Bay during the Falcons’ beach training day, Hammersley also spoke of the upcoming Singha Premiership Rugby 7s, an event in which he has represented the Falcons for two consecutive years.
