Harris settling well at Kingston Park
New signing Ben Harris is looking to earn a chance to continue the line of Championship players who have made an impact at the club, when the Aviva Premiership season gets under way in October.
Harris, who was announced as a 2015/16 arrival at Kingston Park back in March, has earned a reputation as an outstanding prospect and was regarded as one of the best props in the Green King IPA Championship.
Now ensconced in his new club, Harris says “The coaching staff here isn’t afraid to give Championship players a chance. They give them a crack and believe in them and that was a big thing for me to come up here and show what I can do.”
Really good, there are a great set of lads who have welcomed me and all the other new lads in well and its been a real good couple of weeks.
