Hatakeyama happy switching Far East for North East
The Falcons pre match press conference draw extra interest this week, as the club’s new Japanese tighthead prop Kensuke Hatakeyama fielded questions in his first official engagement.
Interest was high as the 72 times capped player joined Nili Latu and Director of Rugby Dean Richards to preview tonight’s match against Leicester Tigers and speak about his first impressions of the club, the area and his aims playing in the Aviva Premiership.
Falcons TV was present to record the press conference that saw questions posed from regional and Japanese media outlets.
