How to claim your compensation for Philadelphia switch
The opportunity to host the Premiership game in the American city only came about after 2017-18 season ticket memberships were already on sale.
Had the club known at that time that the game would not be played at Kingston Park Stadium it would not have been included in the package, and all season tickets bought from now onwards will be reduced in price by a pro-rata amount to reflect the switch.
But for those season ticket members who bought their 2017-18 packages before the end of May, they can now download the compensation form by [**clicking here**.][1]
Season ticket members will also be sent a paper copy of this form in the post when their season ticket memberships are posted out during the summer.
Completed forms can be emailed to **hannah.sutheran@newcastle-falcons.co.uk** or posted to: Newcastle Rugby, Ticket office, Kingston Park Stadium, Brunton Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 8AF.
Season ticket members should complete one form per season ticket member, and all completed forms should be with the club by September 1, 2017.
The compensation options available to season ticket members, also outlined in the form, are as follows:
* **Option 1: Tickets –** Claim an additional two match tickets for any fixture of your choice for the 2017/18 season, subject to availability. The exchange will be like for like tickets (ie: your price class of ticket in the area your season ticket is located), and is available to claim for all season ticket holders.
* **Option 2: Voucher –** Claim a voucher that can be used to purchase merchandise, 2017/18 match tickets, or towards your season 2018/19 season ticket. The voucher is valued at 12.5% of the cost you paid for your 2017/18 season ticket and must be redeemed by the end of May 2018.
* **Option 3: Refund –** Claim a refund of the (6.25%) of the cost you paid for your 2017/18 season ticket. Refunds will be paid by bank transfer.
* **Option 4: Philadelphia -** For those supporters who wish to travel to the game in Philadelphia, claim an equivalent ticket for the match.
* **Option 5: Player Sponsorship –** As requested by a number of season ticket holders, choose to put your compensation towards sponsoring a player. The player will be sponsored by ‘2017/18 Season Ticket Holders’ and there will be the opportunity to enter ballots for attending sponsor events. Please note, the player chosen will be determined by the level of support for this option.
Additionally, all season ticket members will be invited to a free TV screening event at Kingston Park on September 16, with some food and drink laid on by the club. Full details will be circulated once the kick-off time is known, but this event will be in addition to the refund, voucher or additional ticket offers above.
