Countryman Matias Orlando started for Argentina in Saturday’s 26-18 home victory over Scotand, with new signing Matias Moroni coming on from the bench in Jujuy.
Los Pumas now move on to Salta, where they host Scotland on Saturday (live in the UK on Sky Sports).
Newcastle lock Greg Peterson, meanwhile, started for the USA on Friday as they defeated the French Barbarians 26-21 in Houston.
They now travel to Santiago face Chile in Saturday’s Rugby World Cup qualifier, which will take place over two legs. The return match is in Colorado on July 16.
