INTRIGUING EUROPEAN DRAW FOR FALCONS
The Falcons, who are back in European competition after a year’s absence, will take in the sights of France, Italy and Romania.
New signing Mike Blair is set to face his former employees Brive, a club that reached the semi-finals of the Amlin Challenge Cup in 2005 and 2012.
Falcons chief executive Paul Varley said: “We are delighted to be back in Europe, and we are excited at the prospect of travelling to some far flung corners of the continent.
> “It will be a challenging group, but the team has a great opportunity
> to progress from the pool stages.
“We want to see as many fans as possible pack out Kingston Park for these matches to cheer the team on in the Amlin Challenge Cup, and help us put the Falcons back on the European rugby map.”
All three home fixtures in the pool stages of the competition will be included in the Falcons 2013-14 Season Ticket package. Season Tickets for the Falcons’ return to the Aviva Premiership and Amlin Challenge Cup are available now online, from the Falcons’ 24 hour Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060 or in person from the Kingston Park Club Shop.
The club have announced their intention to offer a special Amlin Challenge Cup ticket for all three home pool matches. For as little as £30 fans will be able to confirm their place at what will be the only price promoted competitive games of the season.
Adult prices for these special European three-match tickets will be £30 for North Stand entry, £50 for South Stand entry or £50 for a West Stand seat at all three games, with fixtures still to be announced.
