JOB VACANCY: Commercial & Events Administrator
**Purpose of Role:**
• To assist the commercial, hospitality and event teams with their matchday and non-matchday event administration
• To assist with the day-to-day operations of the Newcastle Rugby Limited
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Work with the commercial, hospitality and events teams to co-ordinate and deliver the following:
• Responsible for the matchday hospitality ticketing, table plan creation, and compiling relevant matchday documents for our catering team
• Coordinate hospitality table plans and work alongside our events team to produce and update accurate table plans
• Assist with the development and delivery on matchday hospitality and non-matchday events
• Day to day admin including communicating information to seasonal, single match and event enquiries
• In addition to the duties which this job normally entails the employee may from time to time be required to undertake reasonable additional duties
**Essential skills:**
• Proven experience in a hospitality and or event administration in a busy environment
• Experience of using CRM systems
• IT skills and proven ability to use basic Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication skills both internal and customer facing
• Excellent organisation skills with an ability to manage your own workload
• Ability to work as part of a team, creating and maintaining strong working links and relationships
• Ability to work to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and honest personal attributes
• An understanding of, and commitment to, equality and diversity
• Current UK Driving Licence and access to a car
